Returns and Refund Policy





1. In-Store Purchases.

1.1 All sales made In-Store including but not limited to Alcohol and Alcohol related products are ALL SALES FINAL. No Returns, Credits or Refunds allowed.

1.2  If an In-Store order needs to be canceled, please call the store directly. You can find the number on our website at the bottom of the page. Cancelled In-store pickup orders are subject to a minimum 12% restocking fee.

1.3 In-store purchase pickup must be made by same customer who placed order on website. 21+ ID to be verified during pickup. A minimum 12% restocking fee for In-store orders not picked up by person who made website purchase may apply.

2. Delivery Purchases

2.1 All sales made on our website including but not limited to Alcohol and Alcohol related products are ALL SALES FINAL. No Returns, Credits or Refunds allowed except for damaged product, mis-picked product, or missing product(s). All delivery items need to be customer checked in and verified at time of delivery from the delivery company driver for order accuracy and damages. Once product is accept from delivery company by customer, all sales become final with No Returns, Credits or Refunds allowed. Contact store for order accuracy issues and/or damaged product prior to accepting order from delivery company.

2.3 Customer must provide 21+ Identification and will be checked and verified by delivery company driver. Order acceptance must be made by same person who made website order. Any returned orders due to unverified customer or for any reason delivery company cannot complete delivery are subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee.
